SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All of our products are made on-demand. The products are formulated and packaged within a few days of your order. Allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Shipping times differ between each of the shipping methods shown at checkout checkout where the products are being shipped to. You can expect orders in Canada to take up to 10 days to arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you’re not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of initial purchase. You must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email to help us find your order faster.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (approx. 1 week).
